Homemade Italian Salad Dressing

Have you ever looked at the sodium content of your favorite salad dressing? Most range anywhere from 150-350 mg of sodium per serving!


This Italian salad dressing is a great option if you are looking for a heart healthy salad dressing filled with healthy fats and great flavor! This recipe can also be dueled as a great marinade for grilling season. Recipe serves 8.


Ingredients:

3 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

2 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 clove, Garlic

1 tsp. Dried Parsley

1 tsp. Dried Basil

1/8 tsp. Dried Oregano

1/8 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

1 tsp. Honey, flavor to taste


Directions:

Blend all ingredients together. Chill before serving. Enjoy on top of your favorite salad!!
