A new weekend brunch idea, or even during the week if you've got 20 minutes to spare!
Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F
Create dough:
- 1/4 cup white or wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup non fat Greek yogurt
*feel free to double or X4 this recipe for family & friends
*you can use this dough for other pizza ideas too!
Mix together and flatten out to form a pizza. You may need use extra flour to do this because it can be a little sticky!
Drizzle a little olive oil on top of the pizza. Sprinkle some Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (from Trader Joe's) or a little garlic powder/salt. Sprinkle some cheddar cheese around the edges. Crack 2 eggs in the middle.
Bake for 10-12 depending on how runny you like your yolk!
