Taylor Schomaker RDN
Taylor Schomaker is a proud and enthused registered dietitian. Her passion for nutrition began as a young child. Her mother opened an organic market, Eat Fresh Market, in Saginaw, MI; this experience exposed her to the world of nutrition, health, and wellness. She knew from then on that her ultimate aspiration was to help others pursue their best possible life!
Taylor’s education began at Central Michigan University. She has since then pursued a dietetic internship and Masters degree through the same university. Following completion of the dietetic internship, she started a position at Bay Shores Senior Care & Rehab facility in Bay City, MI as a Clinical Dietitian. Following which she was able to further specialize and now works as a Renal Dietitian at Fresenius Kidney Care.
Elizabeth Merrill RDN
Elle always loved the world of nutrition starting from a young age, but truly found her calling in the field when her now husband was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2015 at the age of 21. She is proud to have helped him find a healthy yet enjoyable lifestyle with his current diagnosis. It has become her mission to guide others to become the best versions of themselves, no matter their goals or current state of health.
Her undergraduate degree in Dietetics was completed at Central Michigan University, as well as her dietetic internship. She currently works in Holland, MI as a Clinical Dietitian. Elle is actively pursuing her Masters Degree from Central Michigan University as well.
Joelle DeNisi RDN
Joelle has had a passion for nutrition since she was young. Her brother grew up with Phenylketonuria (PKU), an inherited disorder that causes impaired metabolism of protein, so she has always been conscious of nutrition. She grew up working at a farm market and various restaurants to obtain experience around food.
Her passion for nutrition and desire to help others led Joelle to attend the University of Pittsburgh, where she studied Nutrition and Dietetics. Following graduation, she completed her dietetic internship through East Carolina University. She then spent three years working in Long Term Care and Rehabilitation in Michigan, before moving to sunny South Florida. Joelle now works as a Clinical Registered Dietitian in multiple hospitals throughout Miami, FL. She is also a dance instructor at a dance studio in Miami and a Registered Dietitian for correctional facilities in the midwest.
Kyle Stansberry RDN
Kyle is a registered dietitian with a desire for helping others create a healthy relationship with food to fit their goals and lifestyle. His interest in nutrition began while growing up working at his family’s physical therapy clinic. This environment inspired his dream for integrating proper nutrition to the healing process. Kyle developed a love for utilizing food for preventative health and sports performance improvement.
Kyle completed his undergraduate degree and dietetic internship through Central Michigan University where he is also in the process of pursuing a Masters degree in nutrition and dietetics. He currently works clinically in Alma, MI at a long-term care and rehab facility.
